How ESC Works
Middle school, high school, and college students have the chance to learn the intricacies of coffee roasting as well as accounting, business, promotion, sales, data entry, customer service, and many life skills alongside adult mentors. As they are trained, they train others, who train others. Through this, skills are developed and youth are given a solid reason to envision a bright vision for themselves.
Most importantly, Endless Sea Coffee provides a way to embrace the "everyday divine" - using routine moments and an ordinary job setting to work alongside young people in a way that brings God glory.

Our Story
IN 2009, Endless Sea Coffee Founders, Jay and Anne founded a non-profit organization called The Bridge of Storm Lake. They witnessed a small midwest community transition from a largely homogeneous group of Americans into an ever increasing melting pot of multicultural/multinational ethnic diversity. So, they scrapped their original plans and began investing in neighborhood kids.
God gave them a vision of providing a safe space for the children of their neighborhood to go and focused on transforming kids lives through connecting, supporting and empowering them in community. In addition, they developed opportunities as a ways to empower kids with practical, marketable skills and values through enterprise.
Endless Sea Coffee was born.
Endless Sea Coffee is coffee from around the world, roasted fresh at The Bridge of Storm Lake as a training opportunity for youth. This effort develops vision and practical skills in young people for future job opportunities, and it provides the community with high-quality, locally-roasted, fresh coffee beans.
